Babak Haghi’s Interview with Iran Art News Agency Regarding “ Annual Photo Exhibition of Mojdeh Art Gallery”

Babak Haghi, the curator of the two series of "Annual Photo Exhibition of Majdeh Art Gallery" exhibitions, says about this event: In this auction, which was considered the first photo auction in Iran, 80 photos were displayed, of which more than 35 photos from this collection were sold, and we received a good feedback from it. After organizing this event, we decided to organize the first annual Photo exhibition of Mojdeh Art Gallery by the suggestion of Mrs. Tabatabaei, considering the cultural creation that we had done to buy photos and received good feedback from it.

According to Haghi, compared to last year, we paid more attention to this exhibition and decided to display the works of young photographers along with the photos of the masters of this media. In this exhibition, photos of three generations of Iranian photographers have been displayed.

He added: Our general approach for setting up this exhibition was the artistic and creative view of photographers, and considering the space of the gallery, we preferred to display photos that were printed in smaller sizes so that we could benefit from the presence of more photographers in this event.
