The Rising Fantasy

The Rising Fantasy book, a selection of Manouchehr Niazi's artworks, was published in 2014 by Mojdeh Art Gallery, in cooperation with Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art and Imam Ali Museum of Religious Arts, to commemorate sixty years of professional activity of Master Manouchehr Niazi. This bilingual book (Persian-English), which is published in 86 pages, includes an introduction written by Mojdeh Tabatabaei and an article written by Dr. Harper Johnson, a painter, historian and critic. The present book includes a review of the historical course of Manouchehr Niazi's artworks from 1955 to 2014, and the images of the works with complete information, separated by collections which are: Soft Landscapes, Figures, Collages, Trees, Crowds, Buildings, Masoule, Abstracts, and miscellaneous artworks have been published. In total, more than sixty images of Master Manouchehr Niazi's artworks are presented in this book.
