The Patchwork Identity Series

The Patchwork Identity Series

In this collection, experimentalism, the importance of what happens in the work, improvisation and also the use of seemingly useless and recycled materials, has caused the formation of the visual and meaningful structure of the painting. The importance of improvisation and experience in the work of art has caused the artist to pay attention to the color palettes of paintings that have the aforementioned characteristics. The beauty and combination of dried colors on the palette is like a pure and unique experience, it speaks for itself as a work of art: intertwined colors, diverse textures, low heights and aimless and bold play of colors together created a new world of form and meaning that has its own charm borrowed from impromptu. From a semantic point of view, the portrait, apart from the decaying and dried up external structure, is based on the existence of layered and decomposing human beings, and these layers of color are in a way similar to the existential layers of each human being, it especially refers to the formation of each person’s portrait (portrait in an apparent and moral sense). Thus, decay is a concept that occurs in both form and meaning.
