Pen and Pencils Series

The main question in this series is about “writing” and the pen as one of the main tools for written expression. The pen writes to prevent forgetting. In this series the pen represents everything that is written, and it comes from the historical tradition of writing and the meaning of writing. Expressive or vocal language has a closer relationship to human beings, but for Rezaei, written language is not merely a medium for thought but is thought itself. It is as if the person who does not exist in the realm of writing is fated to nonexistence.
