Building Series

In this collection, Manouchehr Niazi has moved towards a thoughtful thinking about locating and being present in a place. This collection either shows buildings falling down or with human activists. If in the transition of postmodern life, the ethical or moral matter has gone towards reinterpretation, metamorphosis and even decline and fall, the place of living and location no longer have that warmth and centrality, but in some cases has moved towards the fall and in more abstract cases, it has moved towards decay. In a small number of these buildings, there is a precise reference to the geographical location, and most of the building spaces are a general figure of the building, and the artist has moved towards a more abstract expression in the representation of the building and structure. It is as if Niazi seeks to discover the meaning in space rather than the attachment to preserve and represent the geographical location and gives originality to a more abstract meaning and expression of the place, meaning space.
