Figure Series

Manouchehr Niazi's collection of figures are a wide range of his works, which are sometimes a combination of collage and sometimes without collage, and have an important place in his works since the beginning of his professional career. Like many other works of Niazi, the expression of figures has moved from figurative to abstract. In terms of meaning, the figure in these works does not only show the face, and the face is only one of the preoccupations of the collection of Niazi figures. Among other things, his desired concepts, especially in the combination of figures with collage, is his view of the fragmentation and gluing of human life into pieces in the figure board. Niazi's figure, apart from the mentioned concepts, considers the face as a basic concept for the face, and by representing the face with an emphasis on the eyes in a direct look at the viewer, considers the meaning a direct exchange between the artist and the viewer.
