Roya Shamohammadi

Roya Shamohammadi was born in 1970 in Arak. She learned painting from childhood and then entered the Faculty of Art and Architecture at Azad University during her university years, graduating with a bachelor's degree in painting from this faculty. Roya Shamohammadi's first solo exhibition, with a lyrical expression, was held at Mojdeh Art Gallery. Before and after this exhibition, Shamohammadi has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions both inside and outside of Iran.

Shamohammadi's world is a world of expressing feelings directly and an experimental and poetic approach to the outside world. This kind of approach, along with the warm colors she uses in her works and diverse compositions, not only stimulates human emotions at the first level but also teaches a way of interacting and thinking to the viewer. Through this learning and careful consideration, painting becomes a magic wand for expressing emotions and thoughts.
